We always order the automatic chip card that can be left in
your pocket and is read by a scanner on each lift as you enter the gates.
This saves removing gloves, fumbling in pockets and obviously reduces the
risk of losing the pass.
No
photo is required.
You will be asked for a refundable
deposit of €5.00. The card needs to go back to the ski pass office to
be
re-used. The deposit can be re-claimed at any of the lift pass offices
when you surrender the card at the end of your stay.
A word of warning! You should look after your lift pass and
treat it as if it were cash. If you loose it, it is not possible to claim a
refund (unless it is covered by your own insurance). One of the major
benefits of purchasing your pass through us is it that it will have
“Flexible Breaks” printed on it and should it be lost
and subsequently handed in, it will be returned to us. We will then return
it to you.
The lift pass covers the whole Italian side of the Milky
Way, across all of Sauze d’Oulx, Sestriere, Sansicario, Cesana and Claviere.
It is also possible to ski into Montgenevre in France, by paying a small
upgrade of €17.00 on your lift pass on that day (don’t forget your
passport). Lift passes for 6 days or more include a free day skiing in
Montgenevre.
There are discounted
passes for children and free passes for young children and
adults born before 31 Dec 1932.
Please see

for details.
Piste insurance is available with your lift pass at a
cost of € 2 per day. This will cover you in case
of accident. Please advise us at the time of booking your lift pass, as the
insurance can only be included when the lift pass is issued. All prepaid lift
passes are prepared before your arrival so insurance cannot be added
afterwards. |
