Since Flexible Breaks launched their "flexible formula" many hotels and
other accommodation suppliers have realised that this is the way forward for
an increasing number of skiers and borders and now offer flexible length
stays directly to the customer, thus negating the need for a specialist in this
area. The result is that
Flexible Breaks SA is no longer able to compete in the short break market
which was the major part of the business and has therefore ceased trading.
In an effort to help past or indeed "would be" customers to find a good
alternative the enquiry facility has been left open on this web site. Any
enquiries will be automatically be forwarded to an alternative supplier that
Flexible Breaks considered to be the best remaining option for
each resort. All suppliers should be able to offer you a similar service to that
which you
have enjoyed with Flexible Breaks in the past and will respond
to the enquiries directly.
Obviously Flexible Breaks will
have no control over, or be party to, any arrangements customers make with
these alternative suppliers.
Everyone who was involved in the Flexible Breaks organisation would like to

For ski holidays, you will be met our
representative at the arrival airport, and take a short transfer to your
selected resort (free of charge for specified flights). In winter we
offer free transfers that meet flights from 13 UK airports plus Dublin and
Brussels.

resort menu at the top or scroll down for

Flexible Breaks ski weekends, holidays in France
and ski weekends and holidays in Italy formula was introduced to bridge the
gap between the standard package holiday and the only real alternative,
which was independent travel.
Flexible
ski holidays, ski weekends and short
breaks in France and Italy are designed so that, within certain limits, you can choose when you
arrive, when you leave and how long you wish to stay. If you are busy
during the week you can come for a long weekend or if you want to ski on
virtually empty slopes or laze on un-crowded beaches you can come midweek. If you fancy 9 days on
the slopes or by the beach, with only a week off work, you can travel out on Friday night and return
in the evening on the 2nd Sunday.
We have chosen
our winter resorts carefully so that we can offer great skiing/boarding, great night
life and easy access. They are usually within 1hr 30 minutes from the nearest airport.
For summer we have
selected Sardinia & Lake Como. In Sardinia you can choose from the
beautiful unspoilt beach resort of Stintino, just 40 minutes from Alghero
airport, and the lively town of Alghero itself just minutes from the airport.
Lake Como offers a
choice of many different hotels, villas and apartments in various locations
around the lake and is about 40 minutes from Milan Malpensa airport and a little
further from Milan Linate and Milan Bergamo.
Flexible breaks are currently
available in Sauze d'Oulx, Meribel and Montgenèvre, in hotels, apartments and chalets
between December and April and in Sardinia from May until October and all year
round on Lake Como.
With the low airfares from
airlines such as Ryanair Jet2 and EasyJet long weekends are easily affordable.
